Anyone purchasing services and/or intending to purchase and/or receive information through the website declares and undertakes that they have read the regulations and agree to its instructions. Individuals over 18 years old with a valid credit card issued in Israel or registered Israeli corporations may make purchases on the site.
The buyer's invitation to receive services will be accepted under the following conditions: (1) approval from the buyer's credit company; (2) the requested products are in stock; (3) the delivery address is on the company's distribution map. If products are out of stock, the consumer will be notified within three business days.
Services Policy, Prices, and Ordering
Items on the website, accompanied by pictures, are offered for sale. Pictures are for illustration purposes only. Users can add items to the shopping basket, modify quantities, and proceed to checkout for approval and providing necessary details.
Transaction Cancellation Policy, Subject to the Israel Consumer Protection Law
Cancellation of a transaction shall be in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

Product Return Policy
Product returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the packaging is unopened and undamaged, the product is unused and in perfect condition. Products purchased as "spare parts" or for oral use (vaping) cannot be returned once opened.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellation is subject to the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transactions), 5771-2010.
A transaction may be cancelled within
14 days
of receiving the product, provided it has not been opened or used
For cancellations not due to a defect, a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the product price, not exceeding ₪100, will be charged
Original shipping costs are non-refundable; return shipping is at the customer's expense
Hygiene products, liquids, and flavor concentrates are non-refundable

Products displayed on the Website, including images and descriptions, are offered for sale subject to stock availability. Images are for illustrative purposes only; minor differences between product images and actual products may exist.
Limitation of Liability
